Dave Grohl led the Foo Fighters through an emotional ‘Times Like These’ at the Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert

The band ended the night with a heartfelt tribute to their late drummer and friend.

The Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert featured scores from artists ranging from Brian Johnson and Lars Ulrich to Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson of Rush, Paul McCartney to The Pretenders, Chrissy Hind, Brian May from Queens to Wolfgang Van Halen and many more. London’s Wembley Stadium in honor of the fallen Foo Fighters drummer.

But the band everyone present to watch was undoubtedly the Foo Fighters who honored their band mate and friend with an upbeat and emotional title set.

Undoubtedly the most emotional moment came during the band’s performance of the 2002 classic Times Like This, where Dave Grohl had to steel himself through the song more than once. Luckily he was accompanied by his bandmates and 80,000 fans who helped him with this.
