Marvel Black Panther: Dreams of Wakanda just got a publish date.

Marvel Studios recently announced Dreams of Wakanda, a book created by contributors involved in the production of the 2018 Black Panther film, which will release on 6 September 2022.

The book includes an analysis of the film’s cultural influences as well as the analysis behind it.

Black Panther, which was based on the comics of the same name, was the first film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to feature a Black lead.

The film starred the late Chadwick Boseman as the newly appointed King T’Challa of the Wakanda nation.

The new king is forced to re-evaluate his country’s isolationism and whether he should share his technological advances with the world after being challenged by his cousin Ann Jadaka, played by Michael B.

Dreams of Wakanda is a profound plunge into the film and incorporates conversations about the craftsmanship composing and soundtrack that rejuvenated Wakanda.

Featuring commentaries from costume designer Ruth E Carter author Trey Johnson author Jonah Harvey and many others, the book provides an insight into the making of the film.

Wakanda’s fashion was one of the biggest highlights of the film and the book takes an in-depth look at how important the costume was to the making of Black Panther.

Carter and his team conducted extensive research to extract influences from every tribal group on the African continent.

From African kente dresses to hats that borrow their shape from Zulu, the creative team worked hard to ensure that the costumes in the film represented an important part of the cultures previously overlooked in Marvel movies .

Disney has partnered with Penguin Random House to release Dreams of Wakanda.

The companies have organized an event for book releases and intend to donate a portion of the proceeds to First Books and Books for Africa, two charitable organizations.

While Disney will donate $1 million to First Books, Penguin will donate nearly $100,000 to Books for Africa.

First Books is a non-profit organization that works to help underserved communities and close the gap in basic needs and educational equality.

Books for Africa was established to end the book starvation in Africa. Dreams of Wakanda will release on 6 September 2022 and is currently available for pre-order on Penguin Random House’s website.
